Jonathan “Jon” Chen is the founder and Managing Shareholder of Ethium Law, APC. He possesses a rare blend of significant transactional and litigation experience representing various businesses ranging from multinational publicly traded companies to smaller local businesses. His diverse skillset provides him with the advantage of evaluating business decisions using litigation knowledge to identify potential legal problems in advance.

Prior to forming Ethium Law, Jon served as Associate General Counsel for a billion-dollar real estate company. As in-house counsel, he handled legal issues and contracts involving development, construction, and property management of several mixed-use and commercial high-rises across four of the largest metropolitan areas in the United States.

Jon also has experience representing national real estate developers, general contractors, product manufacturers, and insurance professionals in high-value complex lawsuits involving numerous parties.

With more than 10 years of experience litigating cases that were valued more than $30 million, Jon has an impressive track record of achieving outstanding results for his clients. He has drafted successful motions that resulted in favorable outcomes including summary judgment for his clients. He also reached noteworthy settlements through direct negotiations and participation in mediation.
